Cancellation Policy
At Splendore the Medical Spa, your individualized appointments are very important to us. We also understand that appointments need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel at least 48-hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list who would love to come to visit us. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card or via invoice. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service.
